- Premix Development
We can create blends that consist of vitamins, minerals, amino acids,
botanicals, or any combination of these to meet a customer’s enrichment
requirements.
- Particle Engineering
Our scientific and manufacturing staff can formulate a customized product
in perfect balance for its final application; liquid, tablet, capsule
or softgel.
- Drum to Hopper Formulas
These formulas are ready for use without the need to add lubricants, binders,
disintegrants, or additional excipients.
- Roller Compaction
Ideal for herbal extracts or nutritional supplements that cannot be exposed
to water or heat, this densification process enhances granularity, flow
and compressibility.
- Wet Granulation
By incorporating a binder, we enhance compressibility, product flow and
density while decreasing fine particulates.
- Trituration
We can disperse small percent active components onto a carrier using
traditional wet granulation or dry geometric dilution with high shear
blending.
- Drying
We have large-capacity fluid bed drying and tray oven drying available
for all your drying needs.
- Milling
We have large-capacity hammer mills to deliver a broad range of particle
sizes for nutritional supplements, vitamins, amino acids and herbal
extracts.
Additionally, we make all our own vitamin triturations and directly
compressible products at our east coast facility.

We offer both low shear ribbon and low attrition rotary blending to
incorporate a wide variety of combined ingredients.
- Milling
With extraordinarily high capacities, our milling equipment allows us to
deliver a broad range of particle sizes.
- Sieving
This process provides specific particle size distributions while ensuring
homogeneity and integrity.
- Protexx HP™ Steam Sterilization
This unique, organic steam sterilization process for herbal powders
uses super-heated dry steam to reduce microbiological load. The
results are comparable to that of treatments with ethylene oxide
or irradiation—except Protexx HP™ is a truly organic process
that’s environmentally friendly.
- UltraHD®
This proprietary process creates dense, herbal and nutritional products
without the use of excipients, resulting in less dusting and less waste.
